I own a Catahoula Leopard Dog, named Pyper. She is a brindle and amber glass eyes. She is 1-1/2 years old. Very lovable and so smart! She loves everything and everyone, but is leary of some strangers. I love her very much! She gets along real good with my Border Collie, Bella.

I have a golden retriever that has a habit of tasting everything. I have to be very careful with things around the house. I cannot keep anything lying on the floor. Once he even tried to chew my mobile. Since them I have become very careful with small objects.

If you have pets at home you need to be very careful. You cannot keep small objects like toys scattered all over. Your children need to be taught to take care of their things so that the pet dog does not get hurt.

I have a standard poodle that developed cataract at an early age. I first noticed it when he started to refuse to play with me and his eyes looked blurred. We got him operated and now he is perfectly ok.

Don’t let your four-legged friend suffer from cataract. You need to take special care of him and check his eyes regularly. If taken care in time your dog will only need a surgery to remove the cataract.

My pet dog gets frightened by loud noise. During Independence Day celebrations I do not allow him to go outside. I also take special care of him so that he does get nervous. I keep the windows and doors shut tight to avoid the sound and light.

You may like to take your dogs to witness the Independence Day celebration but chances are high that he will not enjoy it like you. Most dogs are afraid of sound and lights. You should take special care of them during this time when everybody would be busy celebrating.
